Sicilian by birth, she lives in Milan. She met bondage at the age of 20 and it was love at first sight!

She really loves performing and teaching; together with her husband Kirigami she has performed in over 20 Italian and European cities; experimenting with different contexts, such as discos, fetish clubs, strip clubs and cultural festivals, as well as events expressly dedicated to shibari.
In 2016 they started organising bondage courses in Milan, through the ‘School of Rope’ project. The school hosts a maximum of fifteen couples per class. Also in this year they started a path as riggers, learning through Kirigami classes. In the same year, they began to challenge their organisational skills by preparing exclusive events such as “Vigneti and Kinbaku”, a retreat in an exclusive villa for four couples.
In 2017, she had the opportunity to perform, as a model, in occasion of Master Naka Akira’s show in Turin.
In 2018, she began to devote herself intensively to the study of the tea ceremony, thus becoming even more passionate about Japanese culture. She has a great passion for Zen culture and Japanese aesthetics.
In 2020 she opened the Yugen Studio, a space entirely dedicated to teaching kinbaku in Milan.
In 2022 she organised Master Hajime Kinoko’s workshop together with Kirigami and Avalon, also organising and performing at ‘Ronin’ in Milan.
In 2023, she organised Master Sugiura Norio’s photography workshop with Kirigami, for which she first acted as a model and then as a rigger.
At present, in addition to constant travelling around Europe and the world, as well as continuous teaching in her studio in Milan, she devotes herself to editorial, video and photographic projects including:
- Yugen Studio Magazine, a quarterly magazine printed in 500 hand-numbered copies and sold in over 25 countries.
- The production of a series of images intended for publication on Sugiura Norio’s website. The first external contribution made in the West to be accepted on the platform.
