Plume Noire Events – Japan Tour 2026

Italian version

Some doors never open. And then, there are opportunities that cannot be missed.

Forget organized trips, tourist itineraries, and postcard clichés.
This is not a trip — it’s a private invitation, reserved for a select few.
An entry into Tokyo’s hidden heart, where Shibari lives in its most authentic form, far from the public eye.

An experience designed for a very limited number of couples, accompanied by three internationally renowned masters: Kinoko Hajime, Osada Steve, and Avalon.
Through them, doors normally closed to outsiders will open — hidden rope bars, private studios, places where art is passed on only through direct experience.
Thanks to them, You’ll enter the most authentic and discreet Shibari circles in Japan, living moments that no one else will ever be able to replicate.

A visionary and provocateur, Kinoko is the contemporary soul of Shibari: his ropes tell the story of tension between elegance and freedom, form and improvisation.
He is one of the most celebrated names on the global scene, capable of transforming every tie into a living, cinematic work of art.

A historic figure and recognized master of traditional Kinbaku, Osada is the guardian of the purest philosophy of Japanese bondage.
His sessions are intimate, disciplined, and suspended between ritual and contemplation — a journey into the mind before it reaches the body.

A representative of European sensibility, Avalon merges technique, introspection, and sensuality.
His lessons are an invitation to explore connection, rhythm, and trust, with a deep focus on the emotion that arises between two bodies in silent dialogue.

Three different visions, one shared language — the art of true connection.

One of the most exclusive moments of the tour will be the access to the private dojos of Japanese masters — places of study and reverence that preserve the very essence of Shibari.
A rare, profoundly authentic experience — to be approached with presence and gratitude.

In these spaces, private workshops will be held exclusively for our group, with very limited spots — a maximum of 4 to 6 couples — to ensure a truly personal connection with the Masters.
In these dojos, every detail matters: posture, breath, timing.
The masters guide with presence and discretion, offering an experience that very few foreigners have ever had the privilege to live.
It’s not a class — it’s a quiet exchange, a space of trust and mutual respect — a transmission of art, rather than a simple lesson.

After years of requests, we finally convinced Avalon to open the doors to his Japan — the secret one, the real one.
Thanks to her authentic bond with the masters and her collaboration with Plume Noire Events, this reserved and profound experience was born — where art becomes encounter, and every moment is a privilege shared by few.

Living Together in a Traditional Japanese House

For the entire tour, we’ll stay in a traditional Japanese home—a place where wood, shōji, and tatami become part of the experience.
It’s more than accommodation: it’s full immersion in the culture, a shared rhythm, a collective breath.

Breakfasts together, heading to the dōjō as a close-knit group, returning in the evening under the same roof.
A way of experiencing Japan that no standard trip can offer: intimate, genuine, and grounded.

A week that becomes a community.

Curated Selection and Dedicated Assistants

The selection of pairs will be handled with particular care, designed to ensure a harmonious group—technically aligned and able to train together without major gaps.
Not to exclude, but to protect the quality of the experience.

And for anyone who needs to slow down or take extra time, the instructors will be supported by numerous experienced assistants, present specifically to guide, correct, and help every pair stay on track.

No one is left behind.
Everyone is guided.
Everyone is supported.

Private access to the most exclusive rope bars, intense sessions, private dinners, and nights where the art of rope reveals itself in its most pure and inaccessible form.
An intimate experience, built step by step with those who don’t just teach Shibari — they embody it.

When night falls, Tokyo reveals another side: it glows with soft lights, fragrances, and voices.
Guided by the Masters, we’ll enter spaces where trust fills the air,
where ropes move in silence, and every gesture tells something that cannot be explained — only felt.

We’ll be in Tokyo during Hanami, the cherry blossom season — a frame of light and poetry, chosen to add beauty to what truly matters.
Between sessions, you’ll wander through ancient temples, local festivals, and hidden corners where the sakura bloom in quiet perfection — far from the crowds, close to the city’s soul.

After Tokyo’s pulsing rhythm, the journey slows.

We head toward the mountains, where the landscape shifts in color and the air grows thinner — scented with wood and steam.
Hidden among trees and rocks lies an onsen that feels untouched by time — a place suspended between worlds, where tradition still breathes unchanged.

We’ll spend a full day and night immersed in this natural sanctuary, surrounded by stone baths overlooking a clear mountain stream.
The hot spring water rises warm and steady, enveloping the body in constant heat, while the silence of the forest deepens every breath.
It’s an experience to be savored slowly, letting time dissolve like mist over water.

On arrival, we’ll be given traditional kimono to wear as we move through the ryokan’s wooden corridors.
The floors creak softly underfoot, the doors glide in silence, and every gesture — even the simplest — becomes part of a ritual of calm and harmony.

Throughout the day, you’ll be free to drift between the thermal pools, read, wander through the garden, or sip hot tea beneath the lanterns.
At sunset, the water turns to gold, and the forest becomes a quiet refuge where the world seems to disappear.
The evening unfolds with a traditional kaiseki dinner — prepared with the grace and rhythm of Japanese culture — followed by rest on the tatami, wrapped in the scent of cedar and the soft murmur of the river.

A day devoted entirely to peace, slowness, and the art of being present.
An experience not to be told — but lived.
